Will the Texas GOP finally come forward and begin a Preparations Study on The Past Interactions in Texas with the Black Community? Did Texas treat Blacks Poorly? Former Vice President Mike Pence said Sunday that he does not believe racial inequality exists in the United States’ school system. Do you believe him? I don’t! Poor Communities don’t have money to put into their school systems and these are a long racial inequalities. Pence’s statement is buried in A Rich White Society. Is Pence a Parrot repeating Big Donor Words?

Below is EXECUTIVE SUMMARY download

The California Reparations Task Force released its final report on May 6, 2023. The report recommends that the state provide financial reparations to Black Californians who have been harmed by slavery, segregation, and other forms of racial discrimination.
The report estimates that the average Black Californian has lost $348,507 due to racial harm. However, the amount of reparations that a person would receive would vary depending on their age, how long they have lived in California, and the type of racial harm they have experienced.
For example, a 71-year-old Black Californian who has lived in the state their entire life could be eligible for up to $1.2 million in reparations. This is because they would have been exposed to more forms of racial harm over a longer period of time.
The report also recommends that the state provide other forms of reparations, such as education and job training programs, and investments in Black communities.
The task force’s recommendations are just that – recommendations. It is up to the California Legislature to decide whether to implement them. If the Legislature does approve reparations, it is likely to be a long and complex process.
Here are some additional details about the report’s recommendations:
- The task force recommends that reparations be paid to all Black Californians who can trace their ancestry to the United States before 1913.
- The task force recommends that reparations be paid in a lump sum or in installments over a period of time.
- The task force recommends that reparations be funded through a combination of state taxes and federal funding.
The report’s recommendations have been met with mixed reactions. Some people support the idea of reparations, while others believe that it is not feasible or that it would not be effective in addressing the legacy of racism.
The California Reparations Task Force’s report is a significant step forward in the effort to address the legacy of slavery and racism in the United States. It remains to be seen whether the Legislature will approve the recommendations, but the report has already sparked a national conversation about reparations.
Reparations In Texas-
If Reparations were paid to a 71 year old Black Man having lived in Texas all his life Today, he would need to be paid $3.2 Million Dollars.

How/Why the Study Ended
On July 25, 1972 Jean Heller of the Associated Press broke the story that appeared simultaneously both in New York and Washington, that there had been a 40-year nontherapeutic experiment called “a study” on the effects of untreated syphilis on Black men in the rural south.
Class-Action Suit
In the summer of 1973, Attorney Fred Gray filed a class-action suit on behalf of the men in the study, their wives, children and families. It ended a settlement giving more than $9 million to the study participants. Isn’t this
Does Texas Owe the Black Man Reparations?
One Church sure thought so-

The No Bailouts for Reparations Act (HR 4321)
was introduced on June 23, just days after Juneteenth, by Texas GOP House member Rep. Brian Babin. If passed, the bill would prohibit federal bailouts or financial assistance from going to states or municipalities operating programs giving reparations for slavery.
WTF?
It’s almost comical like a man has fourth fingers to plug all the Holes in the Dam. Controlling what you don’t like and you decide you must STOP it in other States. But what about all that Homegrown Texas Stuff? Texas Yahoo’s done a lot of that. But one of the biggest THAT WOKE ever is next-
Trying to say something so it doesn’t sound derogatory. Texas got a weird way of doing things for sure.

Do you think Slavery should now be Called Involuntary Relocation? Texas is in a Big Debate about it now. But not in our Home.
Sorry Texas, YOU OWN IT!

Trust this-this next story or part of this Blog is a real hit on the head of thr nail. This story still sets the Creeps in many Veterans of the Vietnam War Time Period. It’s a huge black eye. And what’s sad is that No one ever wants to discuss it now or even then. It’s about as bad a thing the American Government ever did to Americans. It was a bad thing and Soldiers knew it was bad because they saw it in Action, first hand. For me, I saw a whole of of Stupid acts done by stupid soldiers, and it was just stupid people, not race fixated. But this was another Lame White America Experiment.

“MORON CORPS”! Generals said it was a fine example of AFFIRMATIVE ACTION and it was promoting equality for Blacks
What does having been martyred people mean?
A martyred person has been killed because of their religious or political beliefs: a martyred saint. But what if religion or politics isn’t part of it? It was done by the Draft. Can they be called Martyred? Or simply sacrificed like a Goat tied to a stick for the dinosaur to come eat? Back then, like today, you cannot complain to anyone about it. It was done and it’s sad that it was done. Or experimenting on people?

Racial Inequality?
August 23, 1966
Why did Uncle Sam do this beginning on the above date? In order to meet a growing need for military personnel in Vietnam, Secretary of Defense McNamara announces the start of Project 100,000. “MORON CORPS”!

Early in the war, when blacks made up about 11.0% of our Vietnam force, black casualties soared to over 20% of the total (1965, 1966). Black leaders protested and Pres Johnson ordered that black participation should be cut back in the combat units. As a result, the black casualty rate was cut to 11.5% by 1969.

Who got the most Morons?
The US Army received 71% of recruits, followed by 10% by the Marines, 10% by the Navy, and 9% by the Air Force.[1]
Why did the U.S. recruit low IQ soldiers in Vietnam War?
Promoted as a response to President Lyndon B. Johnson’s War on Poverty by giving training and opportunity to the uneducated and poor, the recruited men were classified as “New Standards Men” (or, pejoratively, as the “Moron Corps”).
Project 100,000, also known as McNamara’s 100,000, McNamara’s Folly, McNamara’s Morons, and McNamara’s Misfits,[1][2] was a controversial 1960s program by the United States Department of Defense (DoD) to recruit soldiers who would previously have been below military mental or medical standards. Project 100,000 was initiated by Defense SecretaryRobert McNamara in October 1966 to meet the escalating manpower requirements of the American government’s involvement in the Vietnam War. According to Hamilton Gregory, author of the book McNamara’s Folly: The Use of Low-IQ Troops in the Vietnam War, inductees of the project died at triple the rate[1] of other Americans serving in Vietnam and following their service had lower incomes and higher rates of divorce than their non-veteran counterparts. The project was ended in December 1971[3] and has been the subject of controversy, especially during the manpower shortages of the Iraq War.
A 1995 review by Myra MacPherson in the Washington Monthly of McNamara’s book, In Retrospect: The Tragedy and Lessons of Vietnam, severely criticized the project, saying that “the program offered a one-way ticket to Vietnam, where these men fought and died in disproportionate numbers … the men of the ‘Moron Corps’ provided the necessary cannon fodder to help evade the political horror of dropping student deferments or calling up the reserves, which were sanctuaries for the lily-white.”[12]
Project 100,000 was highlighted in a 2006 op-ed in The New York Times in which former Wesleyanassistant professor and then Tufts assistant professor Kelly M. Greenhill, writing in the context of a contemporary recruitment shortfall, concluded that “Project 100,000 was a failed experiment. It proved to be a distraction for the military and of little benefit to the men it was created to help.” To explain the reason for veterans from the project faring worse in civilian life than their non-veteran peers, Greenhill hypothesized it might be related to the psychological consequences of combat or unpreparedness for the post-military transition.[11]
Did America do a henous Crime? A Crime against the Black Community? What do you think? Men who should never have been Drafted! Was this Cruel and Unusual Punishment? Sending them into Combat? To Die!
Does or does not America owe reparations to the families of Project 100,000? This is a super messy complex question with no easy even messier answer. There are many factors to consider, including the following:
- The fact that the soldiers were recruited below military mental or medical standards.
- The fact that the soldiers were sent into combat.
- The fact that the soldiers were not well-suited for military service.
- The fact that the program had a negative impact on the morale of the military.
There are also many ethical and moral arguments to consider. For example, some people believe that the government has a moral obligation to compensate the families of soldiers who were injured or killed in service to their country. Others believe that the government should not be held responsible for the mistakes of its past.
Ultimately, the question of whether or not America owes reparations to the families of Project 100,000 is a political one. It is a question that will need to be decided by the American people.
Here are some arguments in favor of reparations:
- The soldiers who were recruited under Project 100,000 were often not well-suited for military service. They were more likely to be injured or killed in combat than other soldiers.
- The program had a negative impact on the morale of the military. It led to resentment among other soldiers who felt that they were being put at risk because of the program.
- The government has a moral obligation to compensate the families of soldiers who were injured or killed in service to their country.
Here are some arguments against reparations:
- The government is not responsible for the mistakes of its past.
- Reparations would be unfair to other soldiers who served in Vietnam.
- Reparations would be too expensive.
It is important to note that there is no consensus on whether or not America owes reparations to the families of Project 100,000. The issue is still being debated today.
And like Slavery, it always will be Debated.

Okay, your plate is now full. You got a lot to ponder. It is not to get mad about. But it is a Subject that cannot be Overlooked just as the Name of Slavery cannot be changed. Writers such as I owe the Truth to you. And at times, the Truth is not a pretty picture.
Many times in the History of America, individuals had amazing Dreams. You may have Dreams right now. But because of White Bigotry, White Supremacy, White Trolling, White Hatreds, the Black Community has suffered a disparaging negative lopsided chance to follow up on those Dreams. Instead, the Dreams of many Blacks are crushed and many are forced into the same level of poverty as their Parents or Friends.
We cannot ignore this. It is worth discussing. We are all People.
SHOCKWAVING!
That is a deliberate way for the misdirection of State and Federal funds and attention to things Politicians choose for you to see. Right now, the favorite is the illegal Immigrant crossing our Borders.
But George Floyd’s Death CANNOT ever be forgotten. This tragic event cannot ever be allowed to be Forgotten. Every Death of a Black person caused by Bad Law Enforcement cannot be Permitted and work to fix this must continue.
Everything California’s Reparation Committee found WRONG is a prime example of a Systemic Belief that the White Man has Ultimate Authority over the Black Man. This too must continue to be changed and Fixed.
It’s going to be a long road. And it won’t be fixed maybe until another 400 years have gone by.
