And an exert-
“We don’t take an oath to a king, or a queen, or to a tyrant or dictator, and we don’t take an oath to a wannabe dictator,” Milley said.
“We don’t take an oath to an individual. We take an oath to the Constitution, and we take an oath to the idea that is America, and we’re willing to die to protect it.”
“Every soldier, sailor, airman, Marine, guardian and Coast Guardsman, each of us commits our very life to protect and defend that document, regardless of personal price,” Milley continued. “And we are not easily intimidated.
As a U.S. Army Veteran, I sincerely appreciate it when a Great Man has the opportunity to serve for Our Country. In the Military! Unafraid! Without Regrets! And yet, all of us Veterans know. All of us are and were unable to say things Publicly which would get any Military Members in Hot Water. Defenseless to Political Slander. Always Respectful while being fed poo. So Sad.
I Salute all of our Past and Present and FUTURE Military Members. Stay the Course! Don’t ever allow your head to get confused with any distractions in the News of Media or your Cell Phone. Always do your Job as you have been trained to do. And I know I can sleep better knowing that you are always on Watch. All 🇺🇸 can!

Grant joins George Washington and John J. Pershing as the only generals to achieve the rank. This honor has been informally referred to as being a “six-star general.” The highest official star rank in the U.S. Army is a five-star general, called the General of the Army.
