Most handicap individuals hate discussing it or sharing their being Handicapped. But I got to share this with you. And I hope this doesn’t happen to you. I am HANDICAPPED. And UPS knows it too!

Our home is 100 yards from the road. Suddenly during this 2023 Holiday Season, UPS suddenly quit delivering our Packages to our Home. Instead, they leave them at the road 100 yards away. What’s up with UPS?

I called UPS Bryan, Texas and the UPS spokesman told me to email him with my photos so he could show his Superiors. I attached pictures too. This was sent on December 5, 2023. He promised this would not happen again.

Today,

I watched my UPS packages being Put at the Road. Again.

I then use my walker to get to my car. Drive to the road and use my walker to get the package. It’s a painful experience for me making my Holidays extra sad.

I called UPS on several occasions and asked what was going on? I was promised that the UPS Drivers would deliver at the Home. Not the Road. Not happening.

Today, it happened once again as I was outside watching all of this take place. I was sitting in my rocking chair. Today?

I tried to get the Attention of this Driver. All while yelling and trying to get the Attention of the UPS Driver. But he was in his own World for sure . He never acknowledged I existed at all. Never looked at me!!!

I emailed them again!

Why was my packages being put, being left at the road to be stolen? One has already been stolen with a Family Package of Multigrain Cheerios and other items.

I emailed them again with photos. I didn’t call as that would be another stupid wasted experience for me. But as you saw, I did email them. TWICE!

UPS Drivers need better caring skills.
