Peanut Butter Cookies, so easy to make.

And lots of us need easy things to do, so let’s cook right NOW!

Preheat Oven…375

Grease a Cookie Pan, I used PAM.

In a mixing bowl-

1 stick butter (let it stand out for an hour until room temperature in the Mixing Bowl.

Then add-

1 cup sugar

2 eggs

1tsp salt

1tsp Vanilla

1tsp baking soda.

Mix the above now with mixer.

Mix until it’s sort of creamy.

Mix in

1 cup Peanut Butter.

Mix in On high

Add and Mix-

1 1/2 Cup Flour.

Looks like little balls of mixture in the bowl.

Roll your cookie dough into 1″ balls

Roll each ball on plate that has 1/4 Cup sugar on it.

Put each ball on cookie sheet 2″ apart.

Take fork and push down top half way down…

COOK 10-15 minutes.

No two Ovens are alike.  So. Start looking at your cookies in 10 minutes because no one like burned cookies after you worked so hard to make.
